Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability While we strive for accuracy and safety compliance, we cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from service use.
6. Confidentiality All information shared with us during service delivery will remain confidential and used only for service purposes.
7. Intellectual Property All materials, reports, and recommendations provided by Safety Risk Management remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Termination We reserve the right to terminate services if clients breach these terms or fail to meet obligations.
